What our students say :)

I cannot recommend Paint makeup school enough! Nat is honestly the most passionate, down to earth, kind and knowledgeable teacher and truly cares about all of her students to gain confidence and flourish with their makeup skills. Small class sizes means you do get individual attention and Nat equips you with all the skills you need to truly feel confident painting faces. I had an absolute ball doing my "Back to Basics" makeup course and would highly recommend Paint to anyone and everyone! Tenille Janicki

I completed the 'Back to Basics' course with Nat in June 2018, and what a fun experience it was!

Nat is so knowledgeable and it shows in the years she has worked in this industry. She is a true professional, and her career definitely highlights this.

Thank you Nat for being such a lovely and inspiring teacher.

Dear Nat,

I am so grateful to have come across Paint Professional School of Makeup Artistry some two years ago.  I made a snap decision to enrol in the Back to Basics course after realising my love of makeup, and I have not looked back since.  You opened my eyes to a wonderful world of colour, texture and creativity.

What makes Paint Makeup School different is its thorough and concise look at every aspect of makeup and its application.  From skin properties to hygiene, to face shapes, to product usage and the history of the industry, I did not fully appreciate the wealth of knowledge I have acquired until I was working alongside others.  I found I was prepared for every situation.  As both a freelance and employed Makeup Artist, I can safely say that the obstacles you may encounter in the industry are as diverse as they are unpredictable.  Nat’s wealth of knowledge and real -life experience has enabled me to face each challenge head on to not only enjoy it, but to seek it out.

However, the most valuable part of my involvement at the school would be the constant support that Nat offers every students she teaches.  The small class sizes enable you to learn from others, whilst not detracting from your individual progress.  The creative and collaborative environment of the school is reflective of the industry itself, and students are prepared and encouraged to gain work experience.

Nat makes every student’s education a personal one.  Not only is she a knowledgeable and widely respected artist, but she is a kind hearted and nurturing educator.  I could not have asked for a better teacher.  Perhaps the biggest surprise was the fact I gained a supportive mentor along the way as well!  Than you for everything you have done Nat, I attribute my success to you!

Dear Natasha,

I just wanted to say thank you for all the help and encouragement over the last couple of months. I have learnt so much and feel grateful for that knowledge. Love CHAKRINI

Nat teaches at the highest level as an educator whilst having fun and interacting with all students. She encouraged me to look at all areas and styles of makeup and to realise that there was so much more to learn. As a beauty therapist I thought I knew a lot about makeup but by doing this course I realised I didn’t even know what colours suited me! I am now enjoying a new career path in makeup.

ROSANNE NOVIA – WALSH

Dear Natasha,

Thank you so much for teaching me Back To Basics. I had so much fun learning all the different aspects of makeup. There was so much more to makeup that I didn’t know. I had so much fun with all of the photo shoots and lessons, and because of this I am now more confident working in the industry as a makeup artist. Thanks again Kind Regards Emma xx
